These Terms of Service govern use of the Keystone website at keystonehomeco.com and any service requested through it. By browsing the site, submitting a request, or scheduling work, a user agrees to these terms in full. If a user does not agree, they should not use the site or request service.
What Is Keystone’s Liability Limit?
Keystone’s total liability for any claim arising from its services or this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. Keystone is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the basis of the claim or whether Keystone was advised that such damages were possible.
What Happens If Part of These Terms Is Unenforceable?
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision is severed from the rest. All remaining provisions continue in full force and effect without modification.
What Warranty Applies to Work Performed?
Keystone provides a workmanship warranty, the specific scope and duration of which is communicated to the customer at the time service is delivered. That warranty covers labor and installation quality.
Parts, equipment, and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms. Keystone does not extend or modify manufacturer coverage and is not responsible for defects arising under those terms.
Which Law Governs These Terms?
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in PA, and both parties consent to that venue.
Can These Terms Change?
Keystone may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting an updated version at keystonehomeco.com. The date at the top of the page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site or continued requests for service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
How Are Estimates Handled?
Estimates provided by Keystone reflect good-faith projections based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may differ if actual site conditions, scope, or required materials turn out to be different from what was initially assessed.
If a meaningful price change is identified after work begins, Keystone will notify the customer before proceeding with the additional work.
Who Performs the Work and Where Is Service Available?
Keystone offers professional home services in Philadelphia, PA and nearby surrounding areas. All service is subject to availability and a professional assessment of the job conditions.
Some service requests coordinated through keystonehomeco.com may be carried out by licensed independent contractors or partner professionals working in cooperation with Keystone. Regardless of who performs the work on-site, service requests are accepted and coordinated through Keystone.
How May the Keystone Website Be Used?
Users may access keystonehomeco.com for the purpose of learning about services and submitting legitimate service requests. The following are not permitted:
- Scraping, crawling, or automatically harvesting content or data from the site
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading service requests
- Using the site in any way that interferes with its operation or security
- Any use that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
What Is the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?
Keystone asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the time slot to be offered to other customers.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated when the appointment is booked.
